We are the plant-based food & nutrition people. A nutrition coach & chef duo. We work with individuals, groups & businesses. We offer diet analysis, nutrition & lifestyle coaching, and personalised nutrition plans. For food businesses, we create plant-based menus, provide nutrition information & chef training. Our simple mission is to ease the path into a more plant-based way of living. Spreading the word about the super-powers of plants. Everyone welcome.

We welcome anyone, of any age, & any knowledge level. As we’re both in our 40’s and 50’s, we can especially relate to the challenges of that early ‘middle age’ group, and beyond.

We provide the expertise & support through dietary analysis, nutrition & lifestyle coaching, and cooking classes, to help you make sustainable changes that you can stick to long-term.
We run group cooking classes, nutrition talks & live cooking events. We also offer group coaching & bespoke courses to suit your nutrition & lifestyle needs.
We help food businesses include more plant-based dishes on their menus, then train chefs to implement these. We also offer nutrition information for new or existing recipes.
